Shipping & Delivery

All online orders are shipped within 3 business days.

Order will need to be submitted by 12:00 p.m. CST in order to be shipped that day.

Your order will ship via UPS Ground Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. 
UPS Ground Delivery delivers packages Monday through Friday to residential and business addresses. 
Orders sent by 3-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. CST to end of Business Day.

Upon completion of order processing and production, your order will ship within 3 business days. 
(Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.)

Standard Ground: within 5 business days
3-Business-Day: within 3 business days
2-Business-Day: within 2 business days

Shipping Rates
Your order will be billed the UPS published rate for the UPS shipment method selected.

Please be sure to include your e-mail address, full name and password.

We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for products you've ordered and as required by law.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology protects your online transactions  by encrypting the sensitive information during online transactions.  A Certificate Authority authenticates the identity of the certificate owner before it is issued. 

Returns & Replacements
Embroidered/Decorated merchandise cannot be returned.
Return requests for non-embroidered merchandise must be received within 10 days of merchandise receipt. 
Exchanges for different styles, colors or sizes will not be accepted. 
Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-350-3504 to request RA for defective units, a valid invoice number or order number must be provided.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. 
Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), 
and the credit should appear on your next statement. 
You will receive an e-mail notification upon completion of return processing.
A valid e-mail address must be provided to Customer Service when requesting a return authorization.

We will process your return within two business days of receipt.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and terms may be available for selected partners.
